I just so happened to arrive at the DMV as Mr. Lomenick was leaving. I think the Lawrenceville DMV is a converted, rundown jail cell. My insurance was all jacked up and Brad came and joked around with Phyllis, the jolly check-in lady. After that, my insurance just happen to show up on the screen.

Brad, you have a DMV annointing.
