There never seems to be a shortage of ideas and opportunities, it's pursuing the right choices that makes the difference. I have to honestly say though, there have been situations where I felt God's leading on certain choices that didn't seem to make the most logical sense to me as the "best" choice but that choice ultimately ended up being the best over time. I say that just to reinforce maybe the obvious, before saying "No" or "Yes," especially to something big, we need to talk to God and get His take on the matter. I echo your thoughts.
