		<description>I worked at a camp in Idaho one summer while in college...the first week the director made this statement:
&quot;Camp is for the camper.  It is not necessarily for the comfort, ease, or convenience of the staff.&quot; 
This had a huge impact on my focus that summer.  

Another time while I was speaking during a missions week to Mexico  the director gave me an acronym to help me focus:
SELL
Smile/Eye Contact/Look Confident/ Learn Names</description>
