7 Keys for Staying on Point as a Leader

  1. Write down your Calling Statement

  2. Show gratefulness by texting your leader and mentioning what you’re thankful for from them.

  3. Live out curiosity by reaching out to someone you want to learn from.

  4. Personal Growth- list the 5 people you’re around the most and decide if you need to level up. Find one thing to anticipate on this week in your job that you know needs to get done but won’t until someone tells you. Start a new habit.

  5. Call another leader in your area in the same role and propose working together on a project.

  6. Encourage someone on your team.

  7. Take a Risk – what should you quit? What should you stay with? What should you start?
